Terms and Conditions of Entry


1.        These Terms and Conditions of Entry incorporate and must be read together with the Schedule for this Promotion. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. To the extent of any inconsistency between the Schedule and these Terms and Conditions, the Schedule prevails. These terms and conditions are subject to interpretation under the law of Australia, and the jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.

2.        Entry is open only to residents of the Relevant State/s who comply with the Entry Restrictions (if any). Directors, officers, management, employees, contractors and other staff (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or organizations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.

3.        The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period.

4.        To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotion Period.

5.        By placing your entry in the draw, you are giving permission to the Promoter to contact you with special offers, promotions and direct mail.

6.        Entries may only be submitted in accordance with the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form. Computer generated or other automated entries will not be accepted. Once submitted, entries may not be altered or deleted.

7.        Entrants may enter the Promotion up to the Maximum Number of Entries. Multiple entries (where permitted) must be submitted separately.

8.        Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Online, email and other electronic entries are deemed to have been received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

9.        The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible, or misdirected entries.

10.    The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering this competition, accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by the law.

11.    Entries must be the entrant’s original work, and must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. The Promoter reserves the right to verify, or to require the entrant to verify, that the entry is the entrant’s original work. If the entry cannot be verified to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed invalid.

12.    An entrant’s entry must not include any content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any person or is obscene, offensive, potentially defamatory, discriminatory, indecent or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate (which includes, but is not limited to, any content involving nudity, malice, excessive violence or swearing).

13.    All entries and materials submitted to the Promoter in connection with this competition become the property of the Promoter and each entrant warrants that it has the right to transfer these things to the Promoter. The Promoter may use such entries and materials and any intellectual property rights subsisting in them in any medium and in any manner it sees fit, including but not limited to, reproducing, modifying or adapting such entries and materials.

14.    The Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner/s. All valid entries will be judged individually on their merits (by representatives of the Promoter) based on the Judging Criteria.

15.    The Judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

16.    Judging will be conducted in accordance with the Judging Details. The best valid entry or entries (as applicable) will be awarded a prize in accordance with the Prize Details.

17.    In the event of the winner/s not being able to satisfy these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next best ranking entry (as determined by the Promoter).

18.    Winners will be notified as specified in the Schedule.

19.    The prize/s are specified in the Prize Details. The prize/s are subject to any restrictions specified in the Schedule

20.    In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. The value of each prize is accurate as at the date of the commencement of this Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value after this date.

21.    The prize is not redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The prize is not transferrable to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter.

22.    If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, telephone network failure, technical failures or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in each Relevant State, if required.

23.    Once the prize has left the Promoter’s premises the Promoter will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes. Prizes will be provided by the Promoter to the winner/s as stated in the Prize Delivery section of the Schedule.
